Merchandise Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the RMA number. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in excellent condition and packaged in the original manufacturer’s carton with all corresponding hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of you choice to arrive back to the warehouse within 30 days of delivery to you.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless, an error was made by us in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, call Customer Service at: (406) 381-8640
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Because of the customization involved trackers and mounts are non-returnable.
Returns for refurbished equipment will not be accepted and should be processed through the manufacturer directly. Most refurbished equipment carries a manufacturer’s warranty.
All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer.
No returns will be accepted on installed items.
No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of original delivery.
The value and cost of replacing any items missing (e.g. parts, manuals, etc.) will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive back at the warehouse within 30 days of delivery. Errors and Omissions
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that Quality To Last shall, without prejudice, accept no liability in respect of any alleged or actual error(s) and/or omission(s):
(a) resulting from an inadvertent mistakes made by Quality To Last in the formation and/or presentation of such sale and design; and/or
(b) contained in/omitted from any literature (hard copy and/or electronic) supplied by Quality To Last in respect of the Goods and/or Services.
In the event such an error and/or omission occurs in accordance with the above and is not attributable to the negligence and/or willful misconduct of Quality To Last; the Customer shall not be entitled to treat the transaction as repudiated nor render it invalid.
